April Activity: DIY Hunger Games

Knitters, Crocheters, and yarn lovers of all skill levels are welcome to stop in for some casual crafting time. 

A book group for savoring timeless literature over great conversations and a warm cup of coffee. Books are available at the main desk about a month before the discussion.  

It's break time! Bring the kids down for crafts, snacks, and a fun movie. While supplies last.

Southwest Michigan Libraries are working together to celebrate all things fandom with our 7th annual library pop-con. Stop by the Mendel Center in Benton Harbor.

Hop on over to the Baroda Twp. Park for a fun-filled Easter Egg Hunt! Kids can search for eggs and enjoy a special photo opportunity with the Easter Bunny. Bring your baskets and your smiles for an afternoon of springtime fun. 

Enjoy stories, rhymes, music, movement, early literacy fun and craft! 

Best for ages 18mos.- 3 years with accompanying adult.

Join us for this wonderful monthly program in collaboration with Krasl Art Center! Bring you and your family to Pine Ridge Rehabilitation and Nursing Center for stories, songs, games, crafts, and new friendships with the residents.

Volunteers from the United Way of Southwest Michigan will be offering tax preparation assistance for qualified individuals at the library. Patrons will need to contact the United Way to schedule an appointment or for more information.

This is the place where homeschool families can meet and learn together! We’ve got a great line-up of presenters including Love Creek, a Folk Dancing class, Sarett Nature Center, the YMCA and many more!

Get your creativity on and stop in to paint whatever you feel like with acrylics. Please wear clothing you don’t mind getting paint on.  

Participate with your baby at a lap sit Story Time with songs, rhymes, stories and a playtime!

Join us for a fun-filled 5K run to support the LTL Foundation! Whether you’re a seasoned runner or a casual walker, your participation helps raise essential funds to enhance library services and programs in our community. 

Stop in to build your own creation with Legos or choose one of the challenge cards. Take a photo of your creation to share on social media!

Summer is on the way! Sign-up your kid to come in and learn how to make their own snacks. No cooking needed! Please check for any dietary restrictions/ allergy concerns before signing up.
