Week Calendar

Take a walk once a week with your library community.  Each week we will meet at a different location and explore various neighborhoods and trails.  Appropriate for all fitness levels. 

Join our book discussion that has intrigue, deception, and suspense! Books can be picked up at the main desk the month before the discussion.  Please call to guarantee the book is available. 

Join us throughout the summer as we explore four different travel destinations with the help of our Meta Quest 3 virtual reality headsets. Take exploring new locations to a whole new level! 

Enjoy stories and songs on the library grounds. We will be in the Lawrence room in case of inclement weather.

Build your own scribbling doodle bot and watch it come to life! Using motors, circuits, and markers, you'll design a bot that creates wild, wacky patterns while learning about motion and engineering.

Celebrate the milestone anniversaries of four great movies by coming in for a free viewing! The whole family is invited, and we’ll also have a craft related to the movie. Snacks will be provided, or you can bring your own. 

Stop by the library to ask questions about your computer, smartphone, or digital library resources without an appointment on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note that library staff cannot repair equipment.

Show off your mad art - and food placement - skills by designing a one-of-a-kind charcuterie spread. There will be a prize for the winning charcuterie board! For teens going into grades 6-12.

For teens entering grades 7-12, stop by for a monthly book club located in the Teen Space. MeL copies of the book can be picked up from the library and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Here's your chance to make new friends and let your imagination fly. Kids will be given the chance to play outside and make new friends while using their imagination to create new games to play.
