Armor Physical Therapy is happy to present a 4-week series on the 3 S's: Stretching, Strengthening, and Stability! In this course we will learn and review different stretches and exercises to help with overall strength, stability, and mobility that you can easily and safely perform at home on your own! The course is being led by Hannah Miller PT, DPT who is the clinic director and physical therapist at Armor Physical Therapy- St. Joseph. Hannah has years of experience as a clinician and is looking forward to helping introduce simple but helpful tips and tricks to work on at home in order to keep you doing you!
